Our Story

Beyond Bliss Films was founded by Matthew Levins in the fall of 2016 at the time operating as Matthew Levins Videography. After operating the full 2017 wedding season under the name, Levins decided to create a brand specific to wedding films, and the rest is history. Levins filed the paperwork with the State of Vermont and Beyond Bliss Films established as a Limited Liability Corporation on January 12, 2018.

In 2021, Beyond Bliss wrapped up its busiest season yet, filming 15+ couples’ special day. We traveled all over the state of Vermont, north and south, and filmed weddings at multiple castles, on a mountain top, and even on a boat. We were honored to be recipients of TheKnot’s Best of Weddings Award and be featured on VermontWeddings.com

Reliving Every Moment starts immediately following your wedding day. We specialize in creating a dynamic "instagram" style highlight of your wedding day, allowing attendees of your wedding (and you!) to relive the "high" in the days, weeks, and months following before your full film is realeased.

Beyond Bliss Films is truly the best. They did our wedding in September and we are still in awe of their work. Matt and Bri were with us our entire day; 11am-11pm and were so friendly and accommodating. They had so many creative ideas for filming and were so fun to be around. They pay attention to every detail and special moment throughout the day- We especially loved their drone footage of our ceremony. Less than 24 hours after our wedding reception ended we already had our preview video of our wedding and it was stunning. Go with Beyond Bliss Films, you will not regret it! Matt filmed our wedding in June 2016 and our video is my favorite memento from the day. I was initially nervous about the filming process. I am camera shy and was worried the filming would be both awkward and distracting. I am so grateful that we worked with Beyond Bliss Films. Matt is friendly, easy going and professional; he was a joy to have at our wedding and managed to capture our day without any awkwardness or intrusion. He took the time to get to know us personally, ensuring that our video truly reflected who we are as a couple and the uniqueness of our wedding. Our video encompasses all the major events of the day as well as many smaller details and heartfelt moments that I would have forgotten if not for his filming. For my wedding, I always knew I wanted a videographer but I just had such a hard time finding someone good of good quality and at an affordable price. I was so happy when I stumbled upon Beyond Bliss Films. Matthew and Bryanna are an absolute dream to work with and their dedication and work speak for themselves. I was absolutely blown away by our short 1 minute video and even more in love with our full video. I am so so happy I decided to have them capture our wedding. Matt and Bry were absolutely amazing!! Professional and yet so laid back and relaxed which was a perfect combination for our special day. They worked so well with our photographer, it was like they were an all in one package that just made the flow for the day that much better. Matt and Bry were also super quick in getting us our sneak peak the next morning. Our guests have been raving about it ever since, including telling us that reliving the day through the video brought them to tears! (of joy of course!) I am constantly looking back on our big day and thinking about how blessed we were to have Beyond Bliss Films be a part of it. From the very beginning, Matt and Bryanna showed such professionalism towards us. They answered all of our questions throughly and made our decision to hire them VERY easy. Matt checked in numerous times throughout the (almost) year, taking note of all of our special requests and final wedding details. One thing that I really liked was that they offered to Skype us before our big day as a chance to meet them. On our wedding day, Matt and Bryanna met us at the Garden Gables Inn - later, they followed us to our ceremony/reception site. They documented all of the most intimate moments - girls and guys getting ready, getting into my wedding dress, our first look, all of our family pictures and even captured cute videos of our "dogs of honor". From what we heard from guests, they also shot some awesome pre ceremony shots and even used their drone to document the beautiful fall day. They were front and center to capture our entire ceremony and even took time after the ceremony to gather more footage. Matt and Bryanna were SO meticulous about capturing the most perfect views at our ceremony site and the types of shots. They would even test different shots before putting us into the video. They made us feel EXTREMELY comfortable and at ease our entire wedding day. They made everything feel natural for us. Even during those crazy dancing hours, there they were capturing more and more video. Although we have only seen a short (DREAMY) snippet video, I am confident that our wedding video will be beautiful beyond words. I would recommend Matt and Bryanna over and over again, and honestly, I wish I had the chance to shoot with them all over again. Not only are they both extremely personable, they are professional and polished. I could not picture our wedding day without the two of them. We are so so so excited to see our final wedding video. We cannot thank them enough!

Having a videographer was always a must. My husband and I wanted to be able to relive every moment of our special day, from the details to the intimate moments shared. Matt and Bryanna far surpassed our expectations, so look no further for your videographer! For only meeting Matt and Bryanna for the first time at the rehearsal it was as if they had known us forever. They captured every detail of our special day so beautifully. Matt in particular is just a genuinely nice guy and so easy to work with, and Bryanna of course was also nothing short of amazing. As my husband and I are coming up on our 1st Wedding Anniversary we are excited to be able to sit down and relive our wedding all over again! Matt + Bryanna will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
